Delivery, Shipping & Stock Policy


All orders  are FREE delivery within the UK Mainland and are based on 3 day carrier, other areas are subject to extra cost on request.

All islands, highlands and remote area deliveries will be subject to additional charges for delivery which you will be notified of once we have received the order. Alternatively please contact the sales office at to confirm what this charge will be prior to the order being placed.

Delivery as standard is kerb side to a ground floor sites. In most cases this will be between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm and will be on a normal working day (this does not include unpacking and positioning the product). Larger items may be delivered on a pallet and will need to be removed by site personnel, dimensions shown for the products are for the unit itself and do not include additional packaging.

Delivery lead times will vary dependent upon the product type, further details can be found on individual product pages. All delivery times quoted are based on orders being placed before 12:00 midday. Any orders placed after this time will fall onto the next relevant working day and are subject to individual manufactures stock availability.

In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable it will NOT be substituted for an alternative product and you will not be charged for that product.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the product is unavailable from the manufacturer.

Special overnight deliveries may be possible on some products dependent upon stock availability and delivery location. If you require the product urgently please contact our sales office ( and if it is possible we will be able to give you a price for an express delivery for the next working day or specific timed deliveries. In addition to this, special deliveries are available on some products, if you require the item for example on a first floor or positioning, please contacts the sales office, and where possible, we will give you a price for this service.

IMPORTANT: it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items will fit into the premises via suitable door access, please check all door dimensions to ensure the product will fit through these areas. Any additional charges incurred that are caused by an aborted delivery due to access restrictions will be passed onto the customer and will require payment prior to a re-delivery being arranged.

Goods must be checked on receipt, please check the package being delivered for any signs of transport damage before you sign the delivery note, any goods not checked or signed for on receipt may invalidate any claim any issues arise through transport damage.

Any refused delivery charges from suppliers will be passed onto the customer where appropriate.
